IBERIAN NECK PORK LOIN

It is handcrafted from one of the most noble pieces of the Iberian pig. The “presa” of the Iberian loin. It is a smaller portion but not less juicy and tasty. It is prepared with sea salt, paprika and oregano.

It is vacuum, sealed in 7 kg bags. Presentation in vacuum bags of 7 kg. It is recommended to take the meat from the package and store it at room temperature so that it can develop its natural aroma. You need to cut it by hand or machine in small and very fine slices.
