The long tradition in our family, dedicated to growing Muscatel grapes from many generations ago, gives us knowledge, experience and affection, which bound to strict quality control of production methods, packaging and product analysis, allow us to offer an excellent result in which we trust and we know, will satisfy consumer expectations.
Obtaining our raisins, covered under the Denomination of Origin "Malaga raisins," is based solely (as reflected by the own Denomination of Origin) in the production of the variety Muscat of Alexandria in dry farming.
With a planting density of between 2,500 and 2,700 vines per hectare, we provide a limited average yield from 2,700 to 3,000 kilograms of grapes per unit area, depending on the age of the vines and fruit selection.
All processes essential for maintenance of the vineyard (pruning, topping and thinning) as well as harvesting and drying in the sun, are performed by experts in crop management and its subsequent processing and selection.
